Effective for desk job back issues
Spend a few minutes on this twice a day. It takes some getting used to but has helped significantly with issues stemming from a WFH desk job. Everyone who sits at a desk should have one of these.

This works well for me.. It is heavier than what my PT uses so i don’t pack it for traveling.

Release the tension
This triangle is a mini miracle. I can back against the way and release tension spots on myself. Simply align along the spine, light pressure and slowly move it down. It is amazing.
