Belly reduced in size!
Pleased with product, am going to the loo more easier, and my bloated belly has reduced. and no more abdomen cramps :) capsules are a big big but it works which is the main thing.

Not worth your money. Expensive for what they are.
So expensive and doesn’t exactly work as advertised. Tried for three months and cancelled subscription. I recommend their fibogel sachets. The sachets are basically Natural isabgol husks and flavour is nicer then regular ones plus very affective for increasing your fibre intake. Cheaper too.

Honestly made no difference so stopped buying them. Not saying they don’t work for some but not me. Far too big as well.
