For an excessive hand washer with eczema and /or atopic skin this gentle soap is his go-to. It is pricey and he runs through it fast (you know, excessive hand washing...) Wish I found something that works as well without the $$$ pricetag, until then, its on subscribe-and-save for us

This soap actually helps to not exasperate eczema, but the pump on the bottle is terrible. I bought 2 bottles and on both of them, I have to pull up the pump every time I use it. It gets stuck in the down position. The smell is okay and it lathers a bit. If they got a better pump, I would give it 5 stars.

My hands have very bad, eczema and cracks. This product is pretty harsh and I can feel it burning when I wash my hands. Also, you have to use a lot to have it even wash your hands. I prefer gentle, smooth cleansers do not buy this.

The soap itself is okay. Very water but the pumps are not great, they get clogged and then you have pull the pump out and then in to get more soap.

This hand soap is amazing! I wash my hands A LOT and was starting to get a reaction; my hands were red and raw. I started using this until my hands healed, and they cleared right on up! I kept it in rotation with my other hand soap and haven’t had an issue since! I wish they offered refills so I didn’t have to toss the plastic bottle each time.

It’s too expensive. It already costs more than other hand soaps. But it’s so watered down or something and you need more than one pump to wash your hands. Which means you use it up 2-3 times faster than you would think. Meaning you’d also have to replace it 2-3 times faster. And 2-3 pumps is if your hands are already relatively clean. Costs add up overtime. Also, the pump is stuck and hard to push down. The soap is a dry feeling soap. There’s no good slip when washing hands. Only good thing is that it’s not super harsh on the skin since it’s fragrance free and so diluted.What would make me repurchase with it being the costlier $9.99 : fix the pump issue, give it a better slip when washing, and make it just as gentle but be able to get a good lather with just 1 pump. All while keeping the cost the same or lower. Besides that, no thank you.
