Been taking it for a few weeks now and it seems to work as promised.

These i tried and i dont take them every day and prob should but i feel like when i do they give me energy i get things done prob shed a few pounds cause you just go go but i dont like it more than my other vitamin so i stay with it daily and only use this on days i need that extra kick in the you know

have only been using these a couple weeks, but hair and nails are benefitting. Not noticing muscle regrowth or visceral fat loss yet, but optimistic.

Has 1,000 mg of HMB for every two capsules but since there is no recommended % daily value for HMB you'll have to figure out if that is the right amount for you. The amount of D3 is 375 IU or 47% of daily value for every two capsules. If you are trying to get 100% of you D3 through supplements, then you're going to have to take something else besides just this. According to the bottle, this is made in the USA with 'premium global materials.' Where the ingredients, or 'materials,' come from is not stated. The bottle also states that it is made in a CGMP facility which means that where it is made adheres to Current Good Manufacturing Practices enforced by the FDA, according the FDA's website. HMB is a supplement that has a great deal of interest in the fitness world relating to muscle and muscle recovery.
