My brother has had a few heart attacks he is only 38. I was buying the really expensive brand but after some careful research the more expensive product was not the best. This works so much better taken with this prescriptions (please consult your own doctor) he looks better than he has in months, per a study published in the 80s in Europe this vitamin taken with the prescribed medications can eliminate the need for a heart transplant. He needed one but his last check up was the best he has had in a year. This is a hereditary condition in our family, no matter what he did it didnt matter "his heart is junk" per the cardiologist. I am thankful for this vitamin it could literally be saving his life.

For some reason, I was expecting these to be soft gels. The description does indeed say 'capsules' not 'soft gels'., so culpa mea! Just saying to prevent someone else from making the same mistake!Pros: - Competitively priced relative to other CoQ10 supplements on Amazon - Made in the USA in FDA approved facility following cGMP guidelines. - Use-by date is January, 2021, which is plenty of time before I finish the bottle. - A relatively pure product: gelatin, rice flour, CoQ10. See product description for more details. - Dark blue bottle which probably does a good job excluding light. - Easy open bottle. - The lid is hinged which means you can't misplace it! - The label tells you to take this supplement with fat, something I just found out is advised with CoQ10. (Search the web if this fact is new to you). My other brand says nothing about taking it with fat. - It's hot and humid where I am, but the capsules show no sign of sticking together. I will update if that changes.Cons: - Contains no fat. This being a fat soluble nutrient, you have to remember to take it with some fat. - Contains rice flour. I wonder if it is enough to affect blood sugars? The label does not indicate the carbohydrate content of each capsule. See label in product description. - Once the seal is broken, the bottle is not air tight! - A little hard to swallow. They go past the throat easily enough, but I have the sensation of it sticking on the way down. Your mileage may vary.Neutral: - ubiquinone form. - It's anyone's guess as to whether this particular brand is more or less absorbed. - The bottle is Recycle code 1. The lid is recycle code 4. The hinge makes it hard to separate the lid from the bottle (that's the point of a hinged lid). You'll need to cut it off for recycling.So I got a fresh bottle in good condition in a timely manner. The product is as described (not penalizing them formy mistake not realizing these would not be soft gels).On the other hand, I wonder if the clearly NOT airtight lid will pose problems? I wonder how much carbohydrate is in each capsule? And I took this half an hour ago with milk and water, and it still feels like it's parked in my esophagus, refusing to enter the stomach!

I liked both the price and the size of the container. When buy Coenzyme q10 from other places, the price is usually much higher and the size isn't all that. Here you get both a great price and at least double the amount that you'd get with other places. It's worth a look.

These arrived on time and in perfect condition. I don't really know if they're working, though. I don't think you can really tell a difference when taking any CoQ10. I'll continue to buy these, however, assuming they're improving my health.

Seem to be providing positive Results. Feel good and heart is functioning as it should! Don’t know how to evaluate better results than that! Advised to take CoQ10 by a medical doctor and this one seems to work just fine! Easy to swallow and reasonable price for the 200 capsules!

I have question. What is the source? What percent of CoQ10 is is absorbed.
