After using 4 day continuously I would say its food or light buldges not for heavy fat,and its hook system doesn't support much,doesn't cover whole stomach,I bought in XXL now I would try xl to get bit more fitness

I ordered medium size but received 2Xl which does not fulfill the purpose of the item cuz it’s loose…..and to add up to all that, the product size can’t be exchanged (non-exchangeable)….👎🏻 total waste of money😿

Shaper is only for less curvy girls, not for highly fat girls, dosent provide that much slim look, just make you feel bulge free only
