I loved this mouth guard. They fit really well in the mouth and they help a lot to prevent grinding. They are a little big but you can cut them. It was worth the money for the quality. I wish they included instructions.

So they were just fine. I ordered these particular ones because in a review somebody said they were as good as the $200 trays you could get from the dentist. That is absolutely not true. My family was using these for teeth whitening purposes and I guess they will make do but they do not compare to my trays from the dentist. But they did work as stated as long as you follow the directions, but there seems to be way too much material. I don’t think there is anybody besides an ogre that has teeth thick enough for the size of this mouthguard. Customer service is great. And they do stand behind their product.. but I wanted to leave an honest review for others like me trying to find the right product for the intended use. I should not have expected a mouth guard to be a whitening tray.

These guards are extremely uncomfortable and thin. Do not waste your time.

The bite splint is easy to use and it slides right over my upper teeth

It comes in different sizes, I can’t say to much because I just open the box and using the first one

I found out from my dentist that I grind my teeth at night and he recommended that I go grab some guards. I chose these ones and I’m glad that I did! They come with 8 mouth pieces that you can mold instantly to customize your guard! I felt the difference in pressure once I put them in and I’m happy to know that my teeth are in safer conditions! I would highly recommend!

So currently I am dealing with some issues with my insurance and needed a temporary fix to a permanent problem, so I bought these. I grind my teeth really bad at night & these seemed to be just fine. Though the reviews were pretty decent, came with 8 so if i goofed one up I could just redo it. However for the first night it went fine, the second night I had a sore in my mouth, so I trimmed it a little more… my gums did bleed when i first molded it to my mouth. Now it just falls out of my mouth from being too big. The smaller ones don’t fit to the back of my teeth probably because I have an over bite. I can’t win. Feel like I wasted my money (even if it was only about 10$)Oh and when I cut it the top bits were kinda rough bcuz they’re such a thick material. Im very scared however that I can most definitely feel my teeth through them. The durability seems kinda cheap but I suppose that fits the price.
