Inov-8Inov8 F-Lite 245 Training Shoes

Unfortunately Inov8 has discontinued this great shoe. I have a pair for daily wear, and a pair for workouts.They are lightweight, but durable, and since I prefer a heel to toe drop in the 0 to 3mm range these were great.Hopefully Inov8 will replace them with something comparable in weight, durability, comfort, and drop.

I have long, narrow feet with high arches and these shoes are perfect for me. They're super comfortable and I love the way they look. I find them perfect for weight training and HIIT classes.

Train daily in them. Holding up very well as a lifting shoe and CrossFit style. I’ve done some 2-4kms runs. Not the best but that’s just for me and my feet and running style maybe. Really like them for workout out.

Inov-8 is my favorite athletic shoe company & I love these shoes. I have worn them for several years and I bought this pair in bot black and white! So comfortable.
