When I opened the package, a small screw and two nuts fell out. There were no instructions. I figured out how to get the tray to slide out, but there were no bug papers included. I plan to return it.Update: My housemate didn't realize I had planned to return it, and plugged it in an outlet in the garage. It has workedwell, attracting and killing the bugs that make their way in when the doors are opened. I'm glad I didn't return it.

This is bullsh**. It’s used and there is NO FLY CATCHING PAPER!!! There is no zero stars or that’s what you’d get. It’s wirthless.

Works best at night. It will make you jump when it kills a bug. It kills just about any kind of flying insect.

It lights up well, but no zapping. It is just a night light. Very disappointed
