Excellent! Very good for sticking magnets to.
I bought this along with some magnetic tape and its excellent. My son is autistic and I wanted to make cards for him but to serve there function, I needed the magnet and metal strip to be super thin. This is perfect! 0.4mm and the magnet was 0.3mm and they stick great together.I only stuck mine to paper and my wall so there is nothing wrong with the stickiness for this. :) Its pricey, but worth a buy.

Great for secondary glazing
Needing to replace magnetic strip after chapel windows painted. Strip on perspex panels still adhering well so didn't needed combined packet. Recommended.

It works but not as described
It works fine, but it's not gloss white - it's more of a grey colour. I've attached this to a gloss white projector screen case and it stands out like a sore thumb. That said, some rare earth magnets stick very firmly to it, so functionally the strip works perfectly.

Not sticky enough
Used to hold shut kitchen cabinets - magnet screwed to door, white metal strip stuck to door frame (also white).Worked OK, was better with two layers.Unfortunately the self-adhesive was not strong enough - it fell off after a few days.

This steel tape is just that - steel tape, it's not a magnet in & of itself.
I was going to use it as a thin magnet to be stuck on something, but it's just a plain steel tape.It doesn't attract anything made of steel but is attracted to magnets.

Did what it says on the box
I was slightly concerned by previous feedback but I applied the tape to a melamine surface and left it for about 48 hours (it bit longer than the recommended time) before use. It is holding things up well.

Not as sticky or as usefull as you think.
Not enough metal to really get a good magnetic contact, had to put two strips on to off each other, or side by side to create more area.Another fell off the wall after about two weeks so "sticky side" not good either. I left for two days to cure too..
