I didn't find it made falling asleep easier on hot summer nights. the ingredients are good though and the price very reasonable and of course, other people may have a different experience.What eventually worked for me was cooling the room down by drawing the curtains on the sunny side of the house during the day and opening the windows widely at night.

I didn’t think this would work. I lost my dad last month and for weeks even with the help of prescribed sleeping tablets theses didn’t help me switch off or sleep. I decided to purchase these but I didn’t expect anything but thought I’d give them ago after reading the reviews. I’m surprised to say they work I take one tablet one hour before I go to bed and I sleep well. I still might wake once or twice during the night but I soon drift off again. I recommend these tablets if like me you have been through a stressful sad time and struggle to switch off. Much better than prescription tablets

I am experiencing a few hours sleep for a number of years and after a fortnight of taking these there is no difference at all. Whilst it may work for some, it is better to get medical advice for long term sleep disorders.

I got these as I often struggle to switch off so thought they would be worth a try. Too early to say how effective they will be over time and had been sleeping well recently anyway. I think I may use them as needed rather than everyday. They come in a flat plastic box which I guess makes it cheaper to post. They compare well with other makes on price and amount of active ingredient. They are UK made as well which is reassuring. The pills are the plastic capsule type and are somewhat larger than most (see photo) so you need a glass of water to swallow them.

I’ll admit that I got this supplement more to increase the time I spend dreaming at night (a suspected side-effect of tryptophan) rather than its sleep-promoting qualities, but both work equally well as I generally get a better night’s sleep and tend to dream more often and vividly. (L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid found fairly abundantly in cheese, amongst other foods, which is why some people believe that eating it before going to bed tends to induce dreams.) Being interested in the concept of lucid dreaming, this is my primary goal (although I realise the product isn't marketed for that, and the dream-inducing effect may be more pertinent to me as I believe it will and expect it to. As such, other readers may not experience the same or as much).I see looking around Amazon that L-Trytophan supplements can sometimes be a little expensive, so this one is very reasonably-priced considering. The important co-elements of lemon balm, chamomile, magnesium, niacin and vitamin B6 are added bonuses for the price.I haven’t tried the supplement during the day as I’m only really interested in its night-time properties so can’t comment upon it’s ability to enhance mood, but I can say that I generally don’t have daily anxieties hanging around me when I’ve taken it just before retiring to bed, so in that respect it probably does promote stress relief and improve mood.The capsules though are a little large and not quite as easily swallowed as other capsules. I do manage but I don’t see why they can’t be opened and consumed in liquid. The container is larger than other supplement bottles but quite slim (but easier to store than the typical round fare).For me the main benefit of this product its possible enhanced dreaming aspect, as with spending about a third of my life asleep, I may as well try to make use of the time for a little extra entertainment. It may not be the highest concentration of L-Tryptophan on the market (but is still a good amount) but for me it’s certainly enough to induce the effects I’m looking for, and it's manufactured in the UK to GMP standards, with a generous four-month's supply for the price.

Unfortunately these did nothing to help my sleepless nights
