I bought this headset initially for customer service rep job, wfh. While it is a great headset for entertainment like watching movie, listening to music, the volume is fantastic! BUT, for work when in a call w customers, even if I put the volume on max it doesn't sound as good as it was when I’m just using it for listening to a music or watching videos online. It sounds mid vol even if it’s already on max volume. I am not sure what’s the reason behind it but it’s a slight issue cause sometimes either callers doesn’t speak loud enough or their on speaker phone, I cannot adjust the volume anymore bc to begin with, it’s already maxed. (not sure if it’s bc I’m on a 3rd party software for work or what but yeah, there’s that).Another key point is, I use this headphones for 8hrs of my job, the cushion on the ear is not the greatest and it makes the side of my ear hurt by wearing it for a long period of time. (+As someone who wears glasses, I have to lift up the thing that rests on the side of the ear cause it hurts after period of time).The quality of the mic/audio is great. Callers can hear me clear for the most part, no static, doesn’t get weird comments anymore like I sound like I’m in a tunnel or on speaker even if I’m not (heard these comments when I was still using a gaming headphones that was built for good sound but not so much for the mic since gaming is a whole other thing that doesn’t necessarily require users to speak, LOL).Overall, I’d say it’s a 50/50, it’s good for its price but for the sole purpose of why I bought the item, it’s not the best in terms of comfortability & technicality w the volume “work wise as csr using 3rd party sofetware” but I guess it will do since I already bought it and it’s doable after all.

My work setup has multiple systems. I use a wireless USB headset as well as a Bluetooth headset. There are some systems where I just need a quick, easy to connect, USB headset that also offers solid microphone/speaker abilities as well as comfort. I have experienced great success using LEVN headsets, so I bought this assuming it would provide just what I needed. Once again, LEVN has offered the perfect solution for my need! The USB driver works well with older and newer systems, the comfort level is fantastic, and the functionality is very good. In fact, for the price the functionality and noise cancellation work extremely well. I will continue keeping LEVN in mind for any future needs.

Purchased May 2024, left ear piece no longer produces sound less than a year later. I assume an internal wire is frayed, but cannot find the damage. fwiw, these over the ear headphones block external noise quite well making it easy to be audibly unaware of your surroundings.

I've gone through several headsets for my computer, everything from cheapo to pricey. Took a chance on this headset and couldn't be happier. I work remotely and sometimes have difficulty getting my remote desktop to acknowledge the headset when on Teams calls, not with this set, it's instantaneous. The sound quality is crisp and clear on both ends. I also use them when not working with Windows Phone Link and they work like a charm. Highly recommend these for anyone not wishing to break the bank but wants a quality product. I have Bose headphones for most things like music and videos but these are exceptional when there's a need for the microphone (or when my Bose are dead because the battery is terrible). Buy them, you won't regret it :)

It was a gift I gave to my sister since she’s a teacher and it’s been a year now since I purchased this and she still using them looking like brand new! The material is solid and the quality is great!!

**update** THEY DO NOT BLOCK BACKGROUND NOISES......CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE CAN HEAR THE MUSIC. MOVIE'S OR TALKING IN THE BACKGROUND.I bought this for work to dampen the noise around me and so I can hear when in the phone. Sound quality is great and microphone is crystal clear however, my ears hurt after about an hour of wearing them. Not sure what it is about them but no matter how I adjust them they just hurt after some time of wearing them.
