I bought this for my recovery after abdominal surgery. I honestly don't think that I could have slept with out it. I was able to sleep, and stay supported throughout my recovery. It kept me in a stable position to prevent the pain of big movements when getting in and out of bed. I LOVED having my knees elevated, and the knee wedge helped to prevent my body from sliding down into the bed. This is a MUST HAVE for recovery after surgery! It is easily moveable and adjustable to your preferences. It is pretty firm, but I placed my softer pillows beside me and had a smaller pillow on my belly. It is designed to be light and customizable to your body. There was a slight chemical smell initially, but after about 24 hours out of the packaging, the smell was gone. I would suggest getting this a week or so before your surgery. This is well worth the money! I still use the large wedge at night when watching tv in bed or reading.

Seriously amazing. I use my bed as a desk bc I'm dying and it helps so much with adjustability so you can sit upright or sit reclined. The leg pillow support was the biggest surprise, it works 10x better than a pillow with how it slopes with your knees. Very comfortable sleeping with it. 10/10 worth it again and again.

I have acid reflux and need to sit up to sleep. This works good. You can also adjust it to sit up and read comfortably in bed. Love the foot pillow. I place it under my legs and it reduces swelling.

This is great quality. The fabric covering the pillow is soft and holds up to washings. The variety of ways you can use the pillows is great. They have held up to daily use and travel for over 2 months now. If anything changes I will update my review. But so far very pleased with this purchase.

Has many variations to set up a big plus and the reason why I bought this one. The surface is very hard and causes discomfort after laying on it for several hours. I had to put pills or it to be able to sleep on it. I have back problems and need something to help long term. I would return it but comes compress in a small box and I have no easy to compress it.

Bought it for myself because I had surgery and omg it feels amazingly soft and comfy 100% would recommend. It helps me stay elevated especially after my appendix burst surgery. These pillows don't move for anything. And it's so think it doesn't slip. I get pain relief from the position I'm in.
