I bought these for my mum, a keen gardener. After using them she said there is no going back to the ones she used bought previously. I know they are expensive, but definitely worth it .

Amazing cutting ability,the locking system is great,lock or unlock with one hand,i have used these for over a year and purchased a second pair as a present to my daughter who is a keen gardener.I used these to help remove 35 feet of pyracantha hedging which i then cut up to burn and they are still sharp,i am right handed and always wear a glove on my left hand for safety reasons,My other well known brand secateurs are nowhere near as good as these.

Well balanced and really sharp. Locking is quite stiff and will need more regular use to securing with one hand.

Somewhat of an update now. I’ve been experiencing difficulties with the pruner being somewhat loose. Thought I’d just tighten the screw but that seem to not work. I really could use some advice here because other than this issue I really like these pruners. (Really great pruner, sharp out of the box. The somewhat stiff safety latch, has become easier to disengage with use, while still remaining effective. I have small hands but it fits comfortably in my hand.)

Pruning back my fall garden. This tool is a joy to use. So sharp and precise, it makes the job easy.

Forbice veramente di qualità e molto affilata, a me è arrivato il modello recente xz, ritengo siano superiori in tutto alle felco f8 che posseggo, queste ARS a livello di qualità costruttiva e funzionalità sono più o meno allo stesso livello delle lowe 9 che posseggo e sono anch'esse eccellenti (sono un appassionato di attrezzi e mi piace avere sempre il top della qualità)...., forse le lowe 9 sono un pò più massicce e robuste come struttura, le ars un pò più affilate quindi nel complesso stesso punteggio di eccellenza, le consiglio...
