Once you leave it for 3 days or more th remove the chemical smell, it is good to go! It is thinner than our old Slimberland but there is no comparison to make after that! It is very comfortable, offers a great sleep and wake up rested with no aches or pains. Ours was £309.99 very happy with that price compared to well over £800 for a more traditional mattress and I for one love it!

Comfortable and medium firm at the same time. The best suited mattress to my body type I have sleep on for a long time. No more aches, unbroken sleep and great value for money. Now I am of the opinion that you don't have to spend more than this cost. And it's not about mattress thickness, it's about quality of materials and finish.

This is my third mattress from Dormeo & I feel a bit like Goldilocks!! My first trial mattress was too soft, the second one was too hard and this third one which I ordered from Amazon but still a Dormeo mattress, is perfect!!Not too soft, has the right support and I definitely get out of bed in the morning with less aches & pains! Look forward to my luxury sleep every night now!

I bought this for my son and daughter-in-law and initially it seemed to be ok. However, 7 months since first using it, the sides have collapsed, the support has disappeared and my son is now sleeping on the sofa as the mattress won't support both him and his wife comfortably. So far we have been asked to provide photographs, we have, and now we have been told by Dormeo to go back to the seller - which is Dormeo! Go figure. My son will continue to pursue this with Dormeo, but I am very disappointed by both the product and the service we have received.

Item as described, great value for money, medium to firm feel which is just what I need. Not a miracle cure for back pain but certainly helps, it is not as bad and I sleep really well. Very happy with this mattress. Also very fast delivery!

Needed a new mattress and this is very good. Had for about a month and seems to be helping with my back problem. My husband moves a lot and used to wake me constantly but now I hardly notice and there is no roll together. It is our first memory foam mattress and we were worried about being too warm but it doesn't seem to be an issue. Overall it is a very comfortable mattress and we have no problems.

Had the matress (silver plus) on for a few weeks now and it's much more comfortable than our old sprung one. It's not too soft and the memory foam top layer is very comfortable. No roll together and bounce when moving around or getting in and out is a huge benefit. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

Can't fault comfiness, been brilliant. However, even with turning every 2 weeks,we both have back issues every morning until our of bed.Although not visibility sagging, the edges have obviously compressed by at least an inch.So, we got 4 years, some get less, so ordered another via an alternative route.Really not worth pursuing the so called 'warranty ' (haven't got the energy to argue) for a decreasing portion if value, or storage!)
