SAD Light Therapy Glasses, PEGASI Blue Light Sleep Therapy Glasses , Sleep Aid & Insomnia Cure

If I am honest, I was not sure of these glasses. I have struggled with sleep for the last 12 years. Going to sleep early and waking up at 2 am and not being able to get back to sleep. This has been my pattern. I have tried sleeping pills to change the habit, but I just feel groggy in the morning which is horrible. I tried 'This Works' at £26.00 a bottle (which would only last me a month) and it was good for a few days and then back to usual habit, so nothing has worked.I didn't think these would work either, but slowly I can feel a difference. I use them while I am watching TV - I even forget I have them on. the light does not interfere with my viewing. They have several settings for different tolerances of light for people. I have them on strong for 20 minutes. I suppose I can use them about 3 times before they need charging again. They are light weight and very comfortable. I need to look in a mirror to see the effect of the blue light covering my eyes as I can only see a small light on the actual glasses and not the effect on my eyes.I wanted to see if I could go to bed later, around 10.30pm (rather than 9.00pm) and I have found it easy to shift with the help of these glasses. I now seem to have a much more restful sleep and am actually sleeping regularly for 7 to 8 hours for the past few weeks! You use them continuously for 7 days and then once a week which is what I have been doing.You can monitor how you are doing with an app (for us gadget people) - they pair with the glasses so you can see how much time is left etc.I do think they are a little expensive, but how can you put a price on a good sleep.

had trouble with these and had to send them back

I got the glasses for my birthday . The pegais galss do not charge well after 5 seconds of charing they stop. i have tried other charges but its the same. when i press the power button it makes a noise but no light comes on. I feel this is a faulty product. I left them to charhe for 5hr but still no joy I have asked for replacemant its very sad these expensvie glasses are not working well and they where ment to be new.

After a recommendation from a friend who suffers with SAD who has been using these glasses I decided to give them a go as they are said to aid a good night sleep and enhance mood in winter months after using them for around 25 mins a day - and what can I say the glasses arrived and I couldn't wait to start using them - not only are they good value for money but they are light and sit comfortable on your nose and the blue light triggers an overall calming feeling enhancing relaxation. Comes with USB charger - after using the glasses for over last 5 days my sleep pattern has already improved and those dark winter mornings are no longer a struggle - I would recommend these glasses to anybody with sleep deprivation.
