Professional Spoken English for Hotel & Restaurant Workers

This book is of very low quality and shouldn't be allowed to have been published. Each page is grammatically incorrect and I would seriously advise it being removed as an EFL resource, or having any link to the English language, it's truly terrible and an absolute waste of money!
