Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This product is NOT safe. I installed the bulb about couple of months ago and it was working fine, looking great, however! One day it spontaneously broke when off and with nobody in the room! The light still switches on. It could be a very different story with kids present in that room. I would not recommend this product for the safety reasons.

The product itself is great, but check the size carefully! This one is really giant even though I was looking for a large globe bulb. Plus, if you want the retro look, this one wouldn't work. Returned it and got one size down with no mirror from a different seller.

UPDATE: Since purchasing less than a year ago, the bulb has stopped working. Not great quality for a bulb mounted in a fitting that is static! For the price, I’d expect a longer life.The bulb works fine but unfortunately the image is deceptive. The bulb is not matt gold as the image suggests, but highly reflective. We opted for this item & paid extra, believing it was similar to the image.

Beautiful lightbulb, nice subtle light which is not too bright. Not using it as a dimmable so I can't review that. It arrived with few scratches where the clear part of the bulb is thats why 4stars.

These are quite bright and also have a fairly white light. Seem very well made.

I love these bulbs. The light they give off is lovely and warm, the gold looks great (and reflects itself) and they're oversized so don't need lampshades etc.,Great value too!

I really doubt the rated output is accurate. It's very dim.

Bulb stopped working after using for one month. Would not recommend this product.
