Morphy Richards 9-in-1 Steam Cleaner Black/White Steamer

This knocks my old Beldray flying! I use industrial steam guns in my profession as a Dry Cleaner, and this is the most powerful steam jet I've used available on the domestic market. The attachments are easy to fit and work well to either concentrate or disperse the steam very effectively, lifting dirt the Beldray couldn't find. I honestly can't criticize without being picky! (ie: The bag to keep the little attachments in isn't big enough for the carpet glider, and the mop extension feels a bit flimsy when you disconnect the handheld. That's all, I can't think of anything else. Yes it is a bit noisy, but high pressure steam does tend to whistle, that's not the machines fault.) All in all, a great little gadget!

Lightweight. Cleaning bathroom and kitchen

I love steam cleaners and have used them for many years.I purchased this cleaner after reading reviews and the price was good.It is very light easy to use and deep cleans well I had a stain on my carpet that I couldn’t budge and this has done the job.It cleans floors ( I have stone flooring) amazingly and as a hand held it really does the job on tiles sinks cookers and everything else. So easy to put together.

There is a design fault with this mop. The handle broke at the first joint after 3 years of light use (once a week). This was due to thin ABS plastic at the joint. Now useless as a mop. Worked ok to begin with and still does, but not for floors. A replacement handle is impossible to obtain and if you could it would cost around £20. Tried to mend the handle with steel epoxy resin, repair did not last. Now purchased a Black & Decker steam mop which was recommended by Ideal Home mag. It has a one piece alloy handle and better still can work using tap water.

This is my second morphy richards 9 in 1 steam cleaner. I thought someone in my family had knocked over the other one and damaged the water tank as it started to leak. I bought another which I have had for less than two weeks. Yesterday I did a steam clean of my kitchen. Unfortunately water started pouring out of the water tank again. In fact the water tank came apart. My better half said it's ok, it just needs a blob of superglue. We have glued it and for now it's working but still trickling water slightly. I wish now we hadn't glued it and just returned it. It was not knocked or over used yesterday. It just came apart.I loved it when it worked. However, when I replace it, it will be with a different brand.If I could give zero stars I would. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Has only used once but found it easy to use and clean afterwards. Left floors dryer than my previous one which is a godsend. Not too heave and feels sturdy, impressive steam output. Haven't used as smaller hand held units but will do so soon. Hoping it's easy to do.

Very versatile and lightweight. Good for light floor cleaning and general upholstery steam cleaning. The glass cleaner was more awkward. For the money it's a good general steam mop and hand held steamer.

The first time I ordered it, Amazon sent me a used product, with water in the water compartment, dirty pads, no instructions and a missing piece. Then I returned it, which was already inconvenient since I had to carry it back to my work place and have it picked up there.The second one I received was new, but I don't really like the product. It is my first steam cleaner so it might be the case that I just don't like steam cleaners. I tried to use it to clean the windows as the manual indicates but it left the windows with so many stains - much better to use a window cleaner and a cloth. Also, the pads get dirty so quickly, so you either have to buy a bunch of them or keep washing them, both options are not very convenient. The only good use I found for it is to clean hard dirt spots that sometimes stick to the floor, for example - the steam makes the dirt soft and then I used a sponge to rub it out.
