VibramVibram # 1330 Newporter - Sole Replacement - Large (Men 11,12,13) by Vibram

I needed to re-sole a pair of Birkenstocks and these fit the bill nicely. Good, sturdy construction like what I expected from Vibram and the treads go down maybe 1/4" so I can expect them to keep their grip in the rain without looking like I have combat boot treads on my sandals, lol.. I had to buy some heavy shears from Lowes to shear away the excess sole away from my shoes bc my utility razor knife just wasn't cutting it (pun not intended).Also, a bit of advice for those attempting a DiY resole: I used some 60 grit sandpaper to rough up the top of the sole as well as what remained of the bottom of my old shoes and then attempted to use "Shoe Gloo" to adhere them together. Don't use Shoe Gloo. It took days of 'caulking' around the edges and placing all manner of heavy things on the shoes so it'll stay & dry and the end result is very amateurish and ugly. I highly recommend you use contact cement instead & look up videos on how to do it. Wished I would have known this when I started...

I installed these soles on my lems boulder boot and I'm shocked at how well they performed on ice. Worth every penny.

Received different sizes, one was smaller by a half inch. Sloppy work.Still good soles just mismatch product.
