WUUK Cameras and base SYSTEM is on place since a few weeks now and it’s surprisingly good! Real time. Images are clear. Many features to play with: time of recording, motion detection, alarm, etc. Easy to install, to pair (cam & base). The charge of the camera goes a long way. Also had couple of rainy days and image was clear. One important detail for me, no subscriptions fee. I also bought a doorbell camera and I’m not disappointed at all. Great products. I would recommend.

Pro. a beautiful pair of cameras, easy to install.I have cameras from three brands and this pair of Wuuk looks higher quality than the other two expensive big names. Working ok with Alexia, seems they don't not like Google Home though.Con. Inconsistent and very disappointed battery quality. One of the camera battery died/no charge after one charge. However, great battery life for another one in this pair I must say. This one drop from 100% to 57% in weeks, then 57% to 10 % in two days. It would not charge for us now. This camera stays indoor strong in room temperature for its first Canadian winter. Move it outside this May with 100% battery but now 10% in early July.All our another brands system is still functional. For these two lovely Wuuk, one (15 meters from base) die in one year, although another camera 5 meters from base show 100% battery still after a while (perhaps too good to be true), but not sure the number of battery life shown can be trust.

From the moment I received these I could tell they were a quality product.From the construction of the unit, the materials used, the weight - everything said quality.Installation was a breeze. They were simple to charge and get set up on my wifi network.The furthest camera is about 35 feet from the base station with quite a few walls obstructing it. I was worried about not getting a good signal but it works just fine.The video quality is great and the detection zones are easy to set up. Pro tip- I thought at first I could only do a rectangle which would be less than ideal if you want to avoid a specific area, but then realized I can layer multiple zones on top of each other.After using them for a while, I noticed that one seemed to be losing its battery life fairly quickly while the other one stayed at nearly 100% for quite some time. I contacted their customer service and they walked me through the nuances of the settings, which might affect battery life, and I made some changes. However, even after the changes, the battery continued to deplete more rapidly on the one camera. I reached back out to Customer Service and without hesitation they offered to send me a replacement unit which came in three days.They were great to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a Wireless camera solution.

I'll try to summarize my review as much as possible, so here we go. I bought the base station with 2 camera + 1 separate one and let me tell you, it was working perfectly right when I turned them on. Easy set up, easy guide to follow, instructions were simple and took me like 2 minutes.Here's my observations: cameras are 2k, you can see in dark or open the light to get a better vision, zoom in, talk, record, etc. In the app, there's a tone of adjustment such as frame for movement detection, time of recording, notifications, battery life, etc.I plugged them end of November, didn't loose any battery in two weeks except for the defective one. I kelt the real deal for the final : THERE'S NOW FEES FOR RECORDING.Which was the starting reason I went with them, but you know what's the best? I want to continue to do business with them for a whole other reason. One of my camera wasn't keeping his charge and they told me I had to email them to "activate" my warranty which is kinda weird, but not bad since customer service is totally 10/10.So, I emailed them to activate my warranty and told them I had problem with one of my camera. I said I was gonna go through Amazon for exchange and guess what? They sent me another one right on spot.Only "down side" I would say is they asked me multiple time to review the product which felt a bit rushed since I wanted to wait a whole month to give an accurate review on such an amazing product/company.In conclusion, always wait for prime reduction/coupon and buy everything you need, you won't regret it. 4.5/5 stars!
