I purchased these for my wife as her breasts were growing rapidly from early pregnancy and causing her discomfort. We froze them as soon as they arrived and she said the relief was instant. Size - a little larger than needed for her 32E breasts but not too big; she's sure once the milk does come in she will appreciate the extra.

Smell like poor quality plastics. I'm always afraid it's not safe for baby eating on the nipple where have been heated by the item. Sometimes the pads got too soft and easy to broke after heating. After one week of use, the pad exploded when heating in microwave which was very terrible. Then I bought a Lanshino pad which smells safe and easy use too. So definitely not recommend buying this brand. Go buy Lanshino pads which is cheaper and safer.

I don't use them anymore as my body got used to nursing and pumping, but for the first 2 weeks of breastfeeding I would use them at least 8 or more times a day. Get them BEFORE you start breastfeeding, maybe add them to your baby registry, so you are ready the moment your baby arrives.

Only covers half my breast or less at a time. My clogs are more at the edges so I have to move it around, it just covers near the nipple. I'd return it except I exploded one of them in the microwave trying to get it hot enough.

Pretty cheaply made, didn’t work as expected would be too hot or too cold. Would bubble up in microwave sometimes after adding 5-10 seconds.

I was really excited after the first time using theses. Unfortunately the second time one blew up when I was heating it.

Does the job. Careful not to overheat because it can be really uncomfortable. 40 seconds in the microwave is reasonable.

These helped a lot when I first started breastfeeding. I would highly recommend these to newbies.
