Great value and good quality. Purchased for heating water for home brewing, heats water up quickly and has really useful keeping warm alternative to full power switch. 20 litres is ideal for home brewing volume too.Thanks to the previous reviews, I chose this and am pleased with this purchase and would order again if needed, so although I do not review many of my Amazon purchases, this deserves the few minutes to submit a review, with so many alternatives available.Amazingly swift delivery too.Update after 16 months:I purchased the 20 L version for heating Sparge water for a Brewing. Absolutely perfect size and heats the water Up to the required 80°C or so, very quickly.Having used it only about 20 times and thoroughly drying after use, I was surprised and a little disappointed to find some rust at the junction of the base and side.I contacted the company and they immediately responded with an extremely helpful and apologetic email, advising me to return the product immediately. All I had to do was print off the return label, package (always kept in its original sturdy box so repackaging was easy) and drop off at a Hermes delivery point locally.The customer service has been exemplary, this product’s two year warranty, compared to 1 year on many of the other alternatives attracted me at the outset. It seems that was a prudent and useful investment!I have my fingers crossed that the issue will not recur, but I’m still pretty confident that with such fantastic customer service even if it does recur, they are likely to sort it out again. I would highly recommend purchasing this water heater.

Looks like a good product.Plenty of capacity, and easy to use. Obviously, having only just got it, I don't know how it will last, but it seems well made. It's rated at 2.5Kw, but it has a very large capacity, so it does take a while to come too the boil.

The Urn is easy to use and works well, but I have had replacements as it stopped heating on 2 occasions

We were very pleased with our Catering Urn as it was much quicker to heat up than our old one. We are a small Community Kitchen that feeds the homeless and disadvantaged of our town and so to have an urn that heats up quicker than the old one means that our clients can have their hot drinks much quicker. This is important especially now that it is winter

The media could not be loaded. This urn worked perfectly for the past 2 months, and this morning it started to drip... a lot! Please can the seller let me know “what now” I’ve contacted them through Amazon, and will update you on the result☹️

This is mainly a review for the seller, Domu UK, as I seem to have missed the window to leave a seller review. I bought one of these which went wrong after a few months. These things happen, but when they do it's refreshing to have bought from a seller who resolves the problem satisfactorily. Immediate and comprehensive response, a clear and simple method for returning the item, and an overnight replacement. Excellent. As for the urn, it's fairly-priced I suppose and was fine when it was working. No problems with the replacement thus far so maybe I was just unlucky with the first one.

We bought these in August 2019. Worked well. then the pandemic hit and they weren't used from May 20 until April 21. One has just died (probably element gone) - light comes on that water is being kept warm but it doesn't heat at all.So it lasted under a year of normal use. Just waiting for the other one to pack in now.Can't recommend - not durable.

Exclent Urn but did not last long had to send it back after 3 months as it started to leak happy as the seller replaced the item
