DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THIS, went crazy on day one and although I work physically at my job I could feel the burn in my muscles for a couple days, great substitute for a gym for people who hate being around people

Not great quality - the 70 lb band snapped after less than one year. Was not using them very much either so it was hardly worn out... BUT that said, I contacted the maker and they sent a replacement set immediately free of charge. So that was good...

These are the best ones I've found out there.After few months I wanted to add extra to it so I added another order of it.They are great highly recommended

These are great quality with everything you need although some really subtle annoyances affect efficient works outs.The bands are too similar in colour. Whilst looks smart, it becomes difficult to determine resistance. The colours fade with stretching and aren’t as differentiated as they appear in the photos so memorising the resistance strength is impossible.The resistance strength is only printed on one side of the band meaning grabbing it quickly means searching for the side to find the resistance strength (again not helped by the similar colour). This is a small detail I hope the manufacturers can consider sewing the resistance strength on each end of the band. You can of course get a white marker and mark it yourself.Finally, something to mark the mid-point of the band!! This helps while switching quickly from one exercise to the next and knowing where the middle point is for even resistance on each side and getting straight to work. This’d be a really good addition I’ve not seen anywhere else.Otherwise the accessories feel really good quality (2 door anchors would be ideal ;))

Nice handles and door stoppers and useful exercise chartI didn’t use it very often and after 11 months one of the straps snapped with a huge bang while I was using it and luckily didn’t hit me. It’s now in the dustbin

I bought a set of bands during the lockdown 2020 and the elasticity weakened on some of them resulting in it feeling uneven and less resistance doing reps. This new set not only seem more durable but the grips are also very comfortable to hold, the only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is because the bands resistance weight label on each band is only in pounds, not both pounds and KG, UK deal with weights in KG, apart from that great product.

I've been using the bands every couple of days to make me entirely useless after going for runs. The bands and handles are holding up perfectly. I've not used the ankle strap, but the door hook gets a lot of use. The diagrams for the different exercises could be clearer or supplemented with a video guide, but other guides are already out there, so it isn't a big deal.I don't want the hassle or storage space of free weights and I can take these if I need to go somewhere for work. These are ideal for me as a casual user.
