This is a very nice 7 in 1 supplement made from selected natural ingredients. I like that it will last for a good five month, so no need for early reorder. The combination of Glucosamine and Chondroitin has been favored for many years and seems to help to maintain mobility especially with us oldtimers. I have never experienced any side effects and believe that this supplements are beneficial.

I love the silica gel pack and the safety proof lid and protective plastic under the lid. It tells me it is safe n clean n fresh. I have been taking glucosamine for years and ran out a few weeks back so I could tell my joints, cartilage, n mobility has been compromised quite a bit rendering me sore, achy, crackly, and constantly unable to bend my fingers well.I started taking 1 a day with meals and then quickly upped it to 2 a day once for lunch 1 for dinner. If I forget to take it at lunch I will double up at dinner. I find 2 works better for me and after about a week I could definitely feel much better but after 3 days I could already feel a noticeable difference in how I bend my fingers. This bottle is 150 capsules so 2 a day I can get about 75 days worth, so it really is a good price. They have little smell unless you are sniffing the bottle and even temhen it is a pleasant light scent and they swallow n digest well. I didn't experience any issues only more comfort in my joints, cartilage n overall mobility. It really goes to show I need to replenish my glucosamine when I run out. I also love that it has vit d, collagen, hyaluronic acid n black pepper. It has a long shelf life till 08/2026 but these will be gone in 75 days. I can't wait for mom to try some also.

The way I heard it is that, If you keep your legs moving, then you will always be mobile.But hey, aging takes place and unfortunately, that includes the joints. And what happens when they start aching, well, most people begin to slow down from the pain, and then you are into a descending loop of pain and limited movement.I am 70 and for myself, because of my career, it is the knees and the hips that give me grief.I have been using this supplement for years and all I can say is that it works.
