I was hesitant about getting an electric fireplace, but this 72-inch model completely won me over. It’s stylish, easy to install, and provides great warmth during the winter. The flame effect is really calming, and the ability to change the color settings is a fun feature. It's also incredibly quiet when running. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

Wow, where should I start? I have been wanting to have a electric fireplace in the basement for a while, and finally I spot this product that seems to be perfect in my vision. It took like a day to build the frame and support so I will be ready to install the fireplace. I want to mention that it also has the feature to just hang it without building the frame, but it looks nicer to have it built in if you have the time and effort to do it. The manual has all the dimensions you would need to prepare the frame, and the fireplace itself is made of high quality glass, and very well designed. The frame has multiple color to choose from, as well as light, flame speed. It looks awesome. It also has a remote controller so it makes it so easy to change the settings. Overall, I am in love with this product, highly recommended

Replaced my gas insert with this, takes awhile to heat the room but the multiple color schemes and look is amazing. Definitely made the room look a whole lot better

Bought it for the size. Wanted to utilize an unused fireplace without removing the existing FP opening trim. This worked out fine with minimal trim work. Heater works good at an acceptable noice level.

This was pretty simple to hang and it’s really pretty. I was a little confused about adding the crystals . I found the silver screw on the sides and was able to get the glass off.

This fireplace is very nice, although the flames did not seem quite as they were pictured. It could be that I was not using the correct settings though. The item arrived quickly and unbroken, with all parts included, which is more that I can say for others I orders. Unfortunately, the fireplace did not end up working for me, but the customer service dept was very helpful in setting up a return arrangement that worked for both of us. Very happy with the way they handled the situation and I would recommend purchasing from this company.

I bought this fireplace in 2021. It is beautiful looking, nice flame and ambiance. We installed it correctly, my husband is somewhat of an electrician everything looks great after about a year the smell coming from the fireplace when on is unbearable it smells like rotten fish. We cannot use it anymore! So disappointed! I'm very upset and dissatisfied with this product! I would not recommend it.UPDATE, UPDATE, UPDATE I received an e-mail from Amazon asking for all kinds of information on this product. information that I do not understand and at this point possibly would be impossible to find! I have the name of the product that I am dissatisfied with the size and the SKU no# I know the date that I bought it. I recently looked up the same fireplace and noticed it was discontinued. That does not surprise me. All I'm asking is for the fireplace to either be refunded so I can replace it or replace it for a different one. I live in a 60 year old poorly insulated house with no HVAC. This fireplace was the perfect gift, easy to mount with included anchoring hardware, pretty quiet, nice fake fire. The best part is the thermostat. You actually set the temperature you want in either Fahrenheit or Celsius, and the heat automatically kicks on anytime it drops 2 degrees below that setting. No more waking up in the middle of the night to adjust the temp or keep turning it on and off!So I needed help from the seller and they did so at breakneck speed. Fabulous. Will do an update with pics.
