I bought these to replace old Hopnel bag liners in my 03 Road King and like other reviewers mentioned, the bags are a bit undersized length-wise by 1.5" - 2". Width-wise they are about right, no issues there. Construction appears to be of decent quality and the interior mesh organizer pockets are a nice feature not present in my old Hopnels. If they liners were of appropriate size I would give them a 5.

Fix’s the saddle bag nicely. Will make road trips easy.

These bags work great for a weekend trip. It’s nice to be able to pull it out of the saddle bag and take it to your motel room. I have the stretched bass on my Harley so that little extra room that is left in the bottom is great for those little things that can stay in the bike like your tool kit etc. I am very happy so far. As for being water proof. I haven’t had the chance to test these out.

I was surprised how much I was able to fit in these bags. Took a trip from Arizona to Texas and it stored more than enough of what I needed to travel with. Fits in saddlebags perfectly and still has a little space to fit a few extra things. I definitely recommend these bags. Whenever I take a trip anywhere on the HOG I at least take 1 of these bags with me.

I have a Honda Valkyrie which I have fitted with a pair of Tsukayu Jumbo Strong panniers, they are large panniers and an “interesting” shape, but I struggled to find a decent pair of inner bags to fit them.These Kemimoto ones are the perfect shape and size, really pleased that I came across them.

This is a great buy. We use it on our trip to Tennessee. Although the bags are not waterproof.

Recently I purchased the Kemimoto Tour Pack Rack Bag and was so impressed with the quality and design that I decided to purchase their Tour Pack Liner, their Saddlebag Liners and their Motorcycle Tail Bag as well.None have disappointed me as far as quality and design goes they are all extremely well thought out and manufactured!I am planning a Cross Canada and Return Tour this summer on my 2019 Ultra Limited which will most likely be an 18,000+ Kilometre trip.This will be a long and grueling trip and a truly tough test of all the Kemimoto products.(I plan on updating my review on how well this equipment stood up to the day to day abuse when I return.)

Nice quality bags. Thick enough material,good stitching, good zippers, good shoulder strap and nice little mesh pockets inside to store away stuff.They are a little bit smaller than the saddlebags. This can be considered good or bad thing. There's room to cram more stuff in the saddlebag if necessary, that's the "good". But, that could also be the "bad". I'd prefer it better if the bags completely filled the saddlebag and all your stuff would be in the bag. That's the only reason I rate these at 4 stars, instead of 5 stars.
