Just what the Podiatrist recommended.
Came on time, fit my shoes perfectly.

Perfection!
Just like the ones I paid more $ for from the orthopedic doctor. Having additional pairs means I don't have to switch them when I change shoes. Definitely helps lessen the flexing of my arthritic foot and make warming a lot less painful.

Perfect for arhtritic toes
I have multiple issues with my left foot...arthritis, flat feet, bunion, and a bone spur on top of my foot. I needed to stiffen up my shoes so the for front of my foot would not bend. This works great and they are reversable, so I do not have to share among other shoes. In fact, I bought another set. They are great!!

Rigid insole works well
This is a flat, very lightweight shoe insert that is as rigid as steel, but much thinner and lighter. It is not for everyone, but helps treat foot conditions by preventing some bending of the toe.Two caveats:1) It is meant to go under your existing insole, so if it is not removable, this probably won't work.2) I would guess it won't work for most types of slip-on shoe - it will keep the shoe rigid, but your heel will just lift out of the shoe and your toe will still bend. This works well in one pair of shoes I own, but does not work and any others.

Unfortunately due to a medical condition that caused me to lose all of the toes on my left foot (4/24) I have had issues with my balance. These inserts are perfect. I am able to walk with much better balance. Working out now too!

Much better.
Very ridged, light weigh insert that runs true to advertised size. Both feet had pain with swelling to the point I could not get my work boots on without unlacing them. Waited two months for a doctor's appointment. After an x-ray I was told there were no fractures and to get a Munster boot. Looking online I saw these and gave them a try. My feet are on the mend with the swelling almost gone. They worked for me as I wear work boots every day that have room to fit these inserts. Well worth the money for my self diagnosed Turf Toe.

Useless waste of money

painful to use with my turf toe, probably will never use these
UPDATE: Seller saw my initial review below, and quickly offered to help. They reviewed my size choice carefully and offered options for different length and thickness insoles to achieve a better fit and less discomfort. It helped quite a bit, but I still feel this type of product does not work better than sturdy shoes with a comfortable supportive insole.Still, I am very impressed with the level of attention and care I received from this seller. I recommend this seller if your doctor has recommended this type of insole. They are responsive and care about really helping the customer. Thanks again for your assistance!ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW:unless you plan on buying different shoes with extra space to accommodate these underneath the insoles or foam inserts, these may not work for you.they are rigid and keep the toe box from bending (like they are designed to do) but they dont work well in any of my shoes. i measured and these are exactly as measured, and they do fit inside the shoe, but since they dont flex, everything inside the shoe is pushed up & cramped.maybe a size down insert would work better, otherwise you'd need a size up shoes and maybe a wider version, to fit the insert first, then the insole on top, and not be squeezing your foot inside painfully.i tried these with thick socks instead of the shoe insoles, and that hurts too. no way to make these work for me...
