Wonpro Grounded 2 in 1 Travel Plug Adapter Type B for US, Canada, Japan - CE Certified - 2 Pack

I bought these travel plugs specifically to use them to plug in my laptop during my trip to Russia and Italy. They worked very well. The plug body is made out of very solid good quality and nice to touch plastic. These plugs are eye candy, too. The plugs come with a nice velvet bag -- I really liked it! It is very handy for travel. You put the plugs in the bag, pull the string, and throw the bag anywhere in your luggage without worrying about the plugs scratching something / anything.

As pictured and described - worked great in Argentina and seemed a more compact, less bulky design than others that I've seen. No sparking, smoking or other issues! (I used it to charge a Samsung galaxy phone and worked great).

These are sturdily made with two outlets so you can charge your computer and phone together. They come in a handy bag and are easy to find being a bright purple colour. We were in Sweden and they worked great.

I liked them until I actually went to europe only to discover that all of the plugs are round so these were useless as they did not fit anywhere we traveled too.

Went to Spain and these worked perfect. Great price as well.

I got those for 2 reasons.1) They are purple. Last year when I went to Europe I got some nice adapters but unfortunately left them in the room. Hopefully the fact that these are purple will be easier to spot when I inspect the room.2) They have dual outputs. So I can plug in my laptop AND my 6-port USB charger instead of having to choose one or the other.I also discovered that compared to another high quality adapter I have, these are quite small!Also, last year before getting the better high quality Schuko plugs I had these cheap plastic and metal converters which ended up failing after a few uses. It was a learning experience but I definitely recommend investing in a pair of these for all of the above reasons.*UPDATE*UNFORTUNATELY, the front plug input doesn't hold my plugs firmly in place. They move around and eventually fall off. There is only one spring on each prong holding it in place. Bad design. Will be returning those. The better design has 2 springs on each side of the prongs to firmly hold the plug in place.

lots of sparking when you use these overseas ... it finally shorted out and I threw it away.

I bought these because the quality looked decent but there are a lot of decent quality adapters listed for sale, what sold me was the fact they were purple, thinking they would help to stand out just a little so I won't forget them in the hotel room while traveling. I was right the quality is very good but its the color that makes them makes unforgettable, when your in a hurry and packing up for the next leg of your trip and taking a look around the room trying to make sure you have left anything your going to see these things and take them with you and the little carry bag was a great touch . If I need another adapter for another part of the world for my next trip, I will be coming back to buy more from you
