I love it
I recently bought this Christmas tree and love the quality but later noticed some white powder on it, which concerned me, but after contacting customer service, I learned that it's just the snow flocking effect, which is safe and non-toxic. It's a common occurrence due to the nature of the material and shipping. After fluffing the tree and letting it settle, the powder stopped falling. It's a minor inconvenience.

So nice tree . Branches are full and its bigger than photo . The only issue that the snow flackes are everywhere .
