Great results
I go away for short trips during the year and never enough time to take full advantage of the sun and get a tan that lasts, I started using this product a few months ago and I’ve noticed such a difference. I’m tanning a lot quicker and also the tan is lasting a lot longer. Skin is looking healthy and glowing.

No change of colour
Been on these 3 weeks and absolutely no change in colour. Waste of time and money. Don't buy if you have light skin

I took these before my holidays I didn't give 5 stars because I didn't get a good tan just gave me a slight change in colour

Very pleasantly surprised
I have to say that I'm really pleasantly surprised. I didn't think they'd work, but some people said they did, so I took a punt. I'm white with freckles. I mean really white - not even a lovely creamy white but that pinky, blotchy white. I don't tan and can't get on with fake tan. These have not given me a tan (which I didn't expect them to) , but they have definitely taken the edge off the luminous, fish-belly whiteness. Now, I'm almost the same colour as my friends who do tan are in the winter. And my hands haven't turned orange. Instead of two, twice a day, I've been taking three. But will now go down to the recommended dose. There are pros and cons to taking beta-carotene, so I probably won't take them year-round. But will definitely do the same again next summer.

Very Very disappointed.
Have now finished the twin pack - 200 soft gels and had 4 a day (2 with B/D) and nothing for three weeks. Then took 6 a day - BLD for a week and still not a sign. I then started to take 10 a day for a week spread out with BLD and not a blemish.OK - these have not worked for me and I must have very tough skin. These may well work for other people but not for me.Very Very disappointed.

I am on my second box and have upped it to eight tabs a day and still no golden tan - wake up every morning hoping so - my skin is very fair and freckly - I have purchased double portions as a friend is also trying them - her results are the same as mine. - Dreamfield have given me a refund on the first batch of pills and I haven't asked for a refund for the second - but since finishing pills I have been using the sunbed and have noticed a quicker tanning reaction than usual - maybe due to the pills? Would be tempted to try both together!
