I was anxious to share the delightful little wafers with my family and friends, so I ordered them, in spite of the price tag. When I opened the package, I noticed they were in a tin and not the cardboard packaging they came in while I was away. My first inclination was to think, this is good. Less breakage. Then I opened the box and realized they were not the thin brown crispy wafers pictured on the box, but more of a pale beige cookie like confection. I tasted one, and realized not only did they not resemble the wafers in appearance, they didn't taste like them either. A sorry excuse for an imposter. They were also quite stale. I turned the box over and saw the removable sticker with the expiration date of March 15, 2019. Buyer beware.
