Update: Customer service reached out to me and explained ties should have been included. They provided me with a full refund. So, in the future if needed I will definitely give them another chance.The bags did not come with twist ties. I viewed other people's reviews and they got either gold or black ties. I will admit the description does not indicate they come with them. However I have never purchased bags like these and they didn't come with ties. The bags themselves are basic but cute. The size is decent for party bags.
