What I like the most about this creatine is that it’s not filled with a bunch of junk and unhealthy flavoring. I don’t feel bloated or crash after the gym because of that. Flavorless powder. Mixes mostly well, tad grainy at the bottom. I use a vortex mixer. Works better if you add some fluid before adding powder.

I started using this creatine about 6 months ago. I really never thought women should use creatine, but did a lot of research and turns out we should! This product has been awesome and I can see significant changes in my body. I typically put it in a shaker and drink it while I’m working out. It’s pretty much flavorless and I think it’s a great value.

Mixed w cranberry juice and filtered water, if you leave it sitting you will have to mix it again as it does settle of not finished in one go
