Sharp and matches my aesthetic
Out of the box, its nice and razor sharp. Matte black. I love that you can dismantle it for sanitizing in the dishwasherI can't say how it'll last long term but it works great right now and i'm pretty happy with it

easy to clran and take apart
Very easy to take apart for cleaning but have not used it yet to cut threw a whole chicken, that will be the test. When summer comes I will be bbqing again and buying whole chickens to cut in half. The neck etc will be used for soups.
