I couldn't install a washing machine into my new house without completely taking the kitchen apart and rebuilding it so this was a good alternative to a standard machine. I went for the 40 x 40 x 80 machine it is smaller than a standard washing machine and fits snugly into the limited space that I have in my kitchen. It works well and being a single person it is more than sufficient to my needs. I just fill it up with a bucket or two of hot water and have the hose connected to my cold tap for topping up the water level and rinsing. Had to get a new hose to connect to the tap as the one that came with the machine was way to short and had to spend a fair while trying to find the right hose connectors to fit onto the small taps in my kitchen sink but no problem as they are all available to buy on Amazon, "Hozelock" has the full range of fittings so you should be able to find what you need from them. After doing at least 15 loads of washing to clear my backlog of laundry I was surprised to see no significant increase in my monthly electricity bill so it seems that the machine is very economical to run as well despite the "E" energy rating. Cheaper to buy than a standard machine and cheaper to run, would recommend it to anybody, very happy with the purchase.

Great washing machine. It does what is described. The washing is perfect, easy to use, spinning great almost dried when removed the machine after wash. The machine very light, easy to move from one place to the other, place to hold on both sides. The only issue is the water connecter between faucet and washer it wasn't easy to get one. I had to go hardware store to find one. I will give 5 🌟.

Brilliant Portable Machine . Reading reviews, prepared for connecter pipes were not going to fit so 1 step ahead with jubilee clips and tubing . Once that problem was sorted , washing machine tested . Didn't disappoint. Purchased the 4.5kg . Washed perfectly , spins lovely too , not noisy as some have noted . Would recommend 👌 Have washed bedding , & towels no probs how long the machine will last who knows . My conventional washing machine lasted only 13 months . I'm definitely happy for now .

It really isn't very good at all. It is listed as fully automatic and the description misleads you into thinking it uses little water. The reality is this machie is only automatic if you have no intention of ever having warm/hot water to wash with. This machine has only only one inlet, quite normal for machines these days. However, this machine has no heating element so it can not warm up cold water. You are therfore left with absolutely stone cold washing. In my case on a narrow boat in the winter the water is only a few degrees above freezing. The alternative is to connect the hot water supply which is totally inapropriate as it would also be used for rinsing. So in my opinion this makes the machine incapable of being " fully automatic", and very eco unfreindly and totally inefficent. The second problem is the amount of water used in a wash cycle. Even the lowest water level setting on this machine will use at least 64 litres of water for a wash cycle. That is unacceptable in any machine these days for a normal wash let alone one that makes you think it ony uses 16 litres. The description of the machine is misleading. I dread to think how much it would use on the high water level setting but I expect it would be in the region of 120 litres. One of the reviews on here is supposedly from a narrow boat user. I do not believe that review is genuine as water is at a real premium onboard a narrow boat. I should know as I live on one. The next problem is it is impossible to level the machine as only one foot is adjustable! It needs at least 2 adjustable feet to be possible to make the machine level but, ideally 3. I had to use small blocks of wood to get the machine level. Finally, the spin is woeful. Clothes come out quite wet. Who knows what its spin speed is, but it is not just the speed of rotation that determines how good a spin is. The results depend on both the diameter of the drum and the spin speed. As the upright drum in this machine has a very small diamteter it can not possibly spin the clothes to anywhere near as dry as a traditional front loading drum size spinning at the same speed. Finally, I am not happy with the returns setup nor the customer service. You are expected to carry the machine to a post office to return it! I asked the seller who their preferred courier was and the reply I recieved asked me to take the machine apart, ignoring my question about preferred courier entirely.

easy to use, safe the space

I love this washer... I live alone and never had a full load for my regular machine... now I do my few lights... then pop my few darks in the same water and get all my washing done.. the spinner is great.. much drier than regular machine... so compact and easy to store...love it

We live on a Narrowboat and needed a small washing machine. This machine is ideal for our boat. It is very quiet,efficient and very good on water usage so we are not forever filling our water tank. We have fitted the water pipe to our mixer tap so can use hot water to wash the clothes in and cold to rinse. Excellent value.

It's pretty cool. Washes really well and spins until nearly dry. Make sure you remember to put the discharge pipe into the sink and SECURE it. One gripe is the filler pipe. It doesn't fit my taps and probably doesn't fit any tap in the UK. It should come with an adapter. Besides from that it's all gucci.
