Flexible duct - is it split, so it will fit over existing lines?

The flexible piece is not cut. You would have to disconnect one end of the line set and slide it in to place. I wouldn't recommend it, but you could cut one side of the flexible duct and slip it over the line set. It would not be sealed but it would cover the line set.

Can you fit two line sets from two zone unit?

It is possible but it would probably be a tight fit. Depending on what size line sets are used and if the drain lines and wiring is included. You can always use a larger size cover set.

There is a deep cover and a shallow cover for straight duct, which should be screwed on the wall?

My husband thinks the deep cover is supposed to screw to the wall, however he did ours the other way. Meaning he screwed the shallow cover to the wall because it was easier to pop the top cover on doing it that way.
