Great purchase! If you're looking for an efficient way to sweat this is a good product. I applied hot cream before putting on the suit and then working out. Within 15 minutes I was dripping sweat! It is stretchy which helps me get it on, but tight enough to hold in the body heat. Pretty cool concept.
