A lovely book to help you work through what fills you up with joy and meets your purpose. The simple framework of discovering your superpower, passion and purpose points the reader towards finding their niche dream career(s). I am a coach and I have used this simple framework with my clients and seen it's impact. I also love the use of personal stories and anecdotes. It made the read fun and relatable. I started reading Your Dream Career and could not put it down. This is a really great, friendly, inviting, clear and helpful read … and a beautiful distillation of Neel Shah’s experience and wisdom which always feels fresh and never a rehash of current common wisdom. This book belongs on every shelf both for those who are trying to figure out their dream work or calling; have an idea but don’t know how to get there; or feel stuck in their work ... AND for those who feel on track with their vocation. I wasn’t stuck when I read this. I love what I do but I still found the book had a deep application to my life and work … there was a freshening up, opening up, a stirring of my muses and ideas about what a next stage of flowering can be. I also really appreciate Neel sharing his own story so intimately, which gives this book real roots. I highly recommend this book and am so grateful it has come my way.
