I’ve had this type of Matt before and I loved it. Because it’s textured you still have good enough cushioning to do your routine, but you don’t slip and slide and have to worry about fallingBecause the texture keeps you from slipping. Some person complained about a footprint being left on it but think about it. This is a yoga mat and they’re made for barefoot people. Basically, if you want one that you can walk on with shoe you should buy that type. The price on this is great. serves the purpose is comfortable And is very affordable to me A+. It’s got a carrying strap just like my futon.

Easy storing with carry cord and comfortable on floor use!

Like the color selection. Wished that it was a tad thicker. Good floor grip. Easy to tear with shoes on so be gentle. Fast drying. Sticks and debris sticks on to the mat so keep it clean. Like the it comes with a rope to store it easily away. Good value.

This mat feels good, looks good, has a great price and has actually boosted my yoga and workout routines. I recommend this for the quality and price, it comes with a shoulder strap as well, but i never use it.

I got this mat to replace a thinner one that didn't protect my knees well enough. This one is perfect.

Este mat es muy recomendable para yoga porque pueden hacerse posturas y no se resbala, tiene buen material, para los que son altos tiene buena dimension 189cm, es de gaiam que aunque no es la mejor si es muy buena por el precio.

Este mismo producto con diseños cuesta hasta 3 veces más. Es cómodo, con el grosor que recomiendan los profesionales y los materiales se ven de buena calidad y que van a durar mucho.

Generally happy with the mat. I use the mat to do calming yoga stretches as well as intense Chloe Ting workouts. Even though it is only a quarter inch it make a huge difference from just doing yoga or working out on the hardwood floor. The mat provides extra cushion for my knees and back. My spine doesn't feel like it's getting crushed vertebrae by vertebrae when I'm doing sit-ups anymore. I also like the simple carrying straps for when lock-down is over and I can take it to my local yoga studio. I have used it a dozen times and I have not seen any tears or permanent imprints on the mat.The mat first smells a bit of plastic when I first took out of its vacuum seal packaging, but after letting it air out for a day the smell has mostly dissipated. I've bought another yoga mat from Amazon before and it absolutely reeked of toxic fumes (I felt like I was puffing paint thinners) so I see this as a great improvement and only smells mildly toxic.I also really liked the forest green colour and was pleasantly surprised when the product delivered was the same as the photo. It looks a little more blue in my photos due to the lighting but it matches the photo on the product page pretty well.TLDR; Smells a little bit upon opening but otherwise a great mat for a wide range of workouts.
