No suitable for any shoes though product quality is good.
Not fit for any shoes. It becomes too tight to wear. Money waste though quality is good.

Not much of an arch support
The Arch support is very slight could be a bit thick at the middle. But the heal is thicker making the back and side walls of the shoe lower, which can cause ankle twist.Soft and ideal for high raise shoes and boots.
