This is a great ice pack. I like the size, shape and texture. It stays cold a long time, is durable and soft. It has held up well after being used at least 5 days a week behind my head/neck in bed for several hours, for months (severe, post-traumatic brain injury migraines). With this amount of use, others usually develop a tear/leak within a few months. It’s my favorite ice pack, and I just bought another one.

I like the shape, it molds to the body part. Not very big!

This ice pack works great! With having a sports family someone is bound to need ice on a shoulder or knee. This froze great and was still able to bend into place. I also love that there are instructions for heating/cooling printed right on the pack so I don't need to keep the box or an extra instruction page.

The media could not be loaded.  Ordered these for post-op recovery of my hand/wrist. They freeze quite quickly, but you can still bend them into the shape you need. In my case I am icing multiple times per day . When they are frozen you don't have to add a cloth between the body and the ice pack and material is very soft. Perfect size for a hand, knee, neck injury.

My daughter injured her shoulder and this worked perfectly into the brace!

Difficult to use it on any other location it has some limitations. And mircrowave 1 min only get u warm so 40 sec is nothing. It leaks with not so many use

The media could not be loaded.  It's always useful to have this at home for rainy days so I had been looking to buying one for some time.I chose this one as it is reusable, can be used for both cold and hot and appears to be good quality. The product arrived quickly and did not disappoint. I tried it for "fun" and worked very well. It looks durable and I like that you can "mold it" to the injured joint. I would definitely recommend !

It's says put in microwave for 40 seconds but I did 30 seconds and it was just right. I have a knee injury and works great for that area. I also use it for the bottoms of my feet. It shipped fast and I was eager to try it right away.

Great ice packs. Love that they fit my shoulder nicely. They stay very cold for at least 30 mins and cool for up to an hour. Very impressed!

The instructions are so simple and the pad size is small enough to wear you can use it on multiple places of your body without it being too heavy. the shape and material of the pad is very nice and unique. It can easily mould to the shape of the body part your are placing the pad to. Also, it is small and compact enough to travel with! It also fits in the microwave easily or easy storage in the freezer!
