Great little mug
I bought this mug to use at work rather than the paper cups supplied and I'm really happy with it, both functionally and the design. It's a good size, the silicon holder stops it from feeling too hot and I have had several comments on how nice it looks.The only down side is that the lid isn't a great fit and I certainly wouldn't attempt to drink through it, however as I just use it at my desk and not on the go this isn't a problem for me.

Useless
I didn't think it was possible to make an entirely useless ceramic travel mug, but they've done it.The ceramic is thin and the lid is loose, ensuring than whenever you take a drink your tea/coffee will spill everywhere.Complete waste of money.

Seems OK, only has a grey mark at the bottom of the mug.

Disappointing
Not the quality i expected from such a well known brand. The ceramic is very thin and becomes scalding hot and imposible to hold once filled with hot tea. (Not even boiling water as it's from an urn!) The silicon sleeve makes little difference.

Very pretty design
Lovely design but the cup doesn't keep tea warm for very long. I use it everyday. I'd love it in other colours as well.

Lid is too big for mug
Brought this for my girlfriend, but the rubber lid does not fit the mug and is not tight, so it spills any liquid in it.
