Great purchase. The blue light is serene and the water boils quite fast.

Very good and looks elegant

I bought this kettle in April 24 and 6 months later the lid doesn’t close properly so the kettle continues to boil. We’ve had to buy a new kettle from a different brand. It’s the shortest lifespan I’ve experienced with a kettle.

UPDATE: the original unit that had water leakage issue was replaced with a new one and it’s 100% perfect, no leakage and now it’s flawless gadget to prepare your favorite hot drinksThe temperature selection works great and i always get perfect temperature for my coffee, however while pouring there is leakage (just a few drops here and there) that I honestly have no idea from where, not a deal breaker for me but definitely not perfect

Looks great. Made out of double glass. Isn't hot to the touch. Insulates heat very well.

So far so good..working very wellThe blue light makes kettle looks elegant..great quality and very helpful. It also has a feature where the kettle switch offs by itself if accidentally switched on without any liquid. Recommend 👍

Good and durable product from B&D. No complaint so far.

I’ll start with the pros:- it is a temperature kettle- it has 6 water options, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and “boil” (100)- it has a keep warm function that lasts for apparently 30 minutes- it has a large water capacity at 1.7LThe cons- it’s noisy- it does 3 beeps when it reaches the temp, then a minute later another 3 beeps to tell you it’s on “standby mode”.. which is a completely useless and confusing function. It will even beep 3 times for standby if you just check the temp- the kettle isn’t a touch kettle, so you can only view the temp if you touch “start/cancel”- sometimes it shows you the last temp you selected which is NOT the temp it is currently- it’s very difficult to see how much water is in the kettle as it’s under the handle- you have to display it on a certain angle (right handle) to use it and I’m constantly wiggling it to view the water level and temp functions- the lid only partially opens to half wayOverall, I wanted a temp kettle and I got one. I’ve had 4-5 temp kettles and this is my least favourite. I will stick to glass temp kettles in future. If the cons don’t bother you, and the price is right, go for it. But I recommend you get a glass one with temp buttons on base or handle
