That Hinge Toy 82 Piece Blue + Pink Set, Animal + More STEM Construction Toy Building Set

My 6 year old son loves Legos, plus plus blocks, brain flakes... anything he can build with. I like to have a bucket of something to build with to bring to a restaurant to keep him busy, so I took a chance on this. It is nice in that it is different than other building good because of the hinge. You can build more rigid things, but you can also build flexible things which is what makes it special. I can't speak to longevity, but so far it has been fun seeing what they can do.

The toy is perfect for little hands to create whatever masterpiece they want. For some reason they ship in a plastic container without a lid. Just the hinge toys in a ziplock bag. Kinda weird.

The students love these toys. I have coworkers that are very interested in purchasing them as well

Oh my goodness! Where to start?? Today I am reviewing the 82 piece pink and blue set of That Hinge Toy. First of all, YES, you are going to want to get the biggest set you can afford because this is addicting!I did not have many toys as a kid ( I came from a big family) and we mainly just played outside and made our own fun. So, to have a chance to pick and review toys is my dream come true. I spent quite a bit of time today just playing around with these, not really building anything, just connecting pieces randomly. I try to provide LOTS of building things for my grandkids to help them think outside the box. Although they love the popular building bricks, it gives me great pleasure to watch them figure out building concepts that are not all at right angles. They will love these hinge toys.I dont even really know quite how to describe this building toy. Not matter which set you get they are all the same size pieces , just more or less in the quantity. They are easy to connect and disconnect, you can make weird things … some pieces are square and some are triangles and they hinge and swivel when connected… if you want them too.Try this small set out , and then buy a bigger set. Yes, your kids will love them and when they are not looking, you can play with it to. If you have a kid that likes to play with Fidget toys, this is for them. If you have a kid that likes to build, this is for them. If you have a kid that likes to put together puzzles… yes.I would highly recommend this well made and sturdy building toy and would purchase this again in a heartbeat!

My kids love these. Great for fine motor skills, and creativity. The possibilities for what you create are only limited by the number of hinges you have. This would be fantastic as a stocking stuffer. This is one of the toys my kids don’t get tired of, it’s fun for a variety of ages, and is a great gift if you’re looking for non screen time toys.

These unique toys are great for developing creativity. These are well made and easy to use. I have grandkids 5-9 years old. They had a great time making different designs. It kept them entertained for several hours. I would recommend as a gift.

This is an unusual design, but it works so well that I am quite impressed what putting together a few of these will do. They connect to each other and can be moved around to create different angles which helps fill out the shape of whatever you are trying to create. This 82 piece set is enough to create a couple small, nice things, but I think the larger set would be even better to use this with another child together for cooperative play. The pieces are sturdy enough that I haven't had any issues with pieces breaking off yet.
