So, I recently picked up this Retain creatine stuff, and I'm pretty new to the whole weightlifting game but it was recommended by my trainer. This is probably the 5th different creatine brand I’ve tried throughout my life. I’ve also tried all sorts of different varieties (pills, micronized, regular monohydrate, etc). Definitely a great product and I can see a difference in my recovery time during workouts. You will need to give it at least 2 weeks until you start to notice your energy level and muscle stamina. I did plenty of research and my nutrition coach recommended this. I train at the gym 4 days a week and this has helped me as I progress to heavier weights. I've had no side effects its tasteless and something we get naturally from our body and Meats. I don't eat meat which is another reason I needed this and I'm happy with my decision to buy it and use it.

Tried for one month. The powder was lumpy and difficult to desolve. Didn't see any real benefit.

I’m impressed on how well this product feels during and after workouts. One of the biggest things I’ve had issues with is the bloating feeling. I havn't felt it since taking this!Definitely feel the burst of energy during workouts for that extra push. The serving sizes are great as well. I’d say overall great bang for your buck!
