Well worth the price!
If you’re a DIY’er like myself and are going with LFT don’t hesitate! I recently redid a bathroom in our house and went with 12x24 tile on the floor and 9x48 porcelain wood look tile on the walls. My old tools were fine for the small subway tiles I did in our master bathroom but that was the limit for them. I’ve been able to slice off the narrow strip o the top row the full length of the tile effortlessly. Some reviewers mentioned the laser not being in alignment, the only thing I noticed is it tracked true lengthwise but was just a hair off to the right of my pencil mark, and I do mean a hair. I have a habit of marking both end regardless so this became an automatic adjustment for me after a couple tiles. It’s a sturdy piece of equipment and very well made. For not to having to spend $600-$800 on commercial grade unit or rent a big messy wet saw the price point was impossible to beat. As for long term commercial work I couldn’t tell you but if you’re a weekender like myself it’s a no brainer.

Good quality
I bought this for a job. I had 2x4 tiles. I really was not wanting to spend the $1300 on a professional brand so I bought this and honestly I was very surprised works very good. Very heavy duty. I would recommend now if you’re using it every day in day out not sure how long it would last but using it here and there when you have large tile jobs with large format tile, I think you’re good if it was something that was gonna be on the job every day I probably would’ve sprung for one of the other brands, but it might only get used 10 times a year for me

No regrets. This cuts large format tiles precisely and easily
Completely satisfied. I am a DIY guy on my 3rd tile project. I struggled in the past to cut large format tile with saws, but this manual cutter made rip cuts simple. I recommend spending the extra money on the laser model; it’s worth it. I bought extra tiles for my project, assuming I’d ruin a few during the cutting, but was pleasantly surprised I had very few bad cuts. For people buying this saw, I recommend marking where the snap points are with a marker on the guides. Once you figure that out, it’s easy to be precise. Also, the instruction manual is primitive. I watched some manufacturer videos and gained enough knowledge to make it work. This cutter is fantastic.

poor manual instructions see my review.
Read this before you purchase. Instruction manual very small 4.5inches by 4.5inches with pictures the size of Postage Stamps. On line info all in Chinese language with very little specific information in English. Reason for 3 stars. Other then that a good tile cutting machine. Every thing you do is touch and go with very little information in English.

Well built
This item looks very well built. Had to adjust tracking of the cutter and laser but in spite of lacking instructions (made in China) it was not hard to figure out. The box it came in was pretty beat up and I didn’t notice that one side arm was damaged until after I discarded the packaging material. Because of the size of the unit I decided against returning the item. The unit is sturdy and otherwise well built. Have not started my project yet. Based on initial observations I expect that this unit will work well.
