It was recommended to me. I ordered after reviewing all the ingredients. It is super easy to swallow. And I’m hopeful with continued use I will feel better . I certainly benefit from this convenient 1 capsule instead of buying multiple bottles.

I like that Nuqiit Berberine supplement is organic with several quality organic ingredients. For instance, it contains the better Organic Ceylon Cinnamon. They could have skimped and put in cassia cinnamon but they didn't skimp and I'm glad they included the better ingredients.The supplement came in a nice looking black jar. The jar was shrink wrapped with a hard plastic and after removing the shrink wrap and the lid there is another tamper resistant seal that needs to be opened. The product is fresh with an expiration date almost 3 years out of July 2026.It contains a group of supplements I already take, so I'm not going to need but this one supplement to replace all of those extra products I've been using. The directions on the label say to take one capsule a day which is what I'm doing. I haven't had any stomach discomfort from taking the supplement.

This supplement is great for filling in gaps in my diet. I try to work as many of the food items that are in this supplement in concentrated form into my cooking but sometimes it's just impossible to do it all the time. Also I was taking berberine power straight off a spoon (I can't recommend..it's foul). This is a great blend that has a variety of antioxidants and polyphenols to make sure my body gets what it needs even if I have a day here and there I don't it in my diet.

I use Berberine and wanted to get it with additional supplements all in one capsule. I like that it has green tea, turmeric and curcumin have been added. It is just easier to take it all in one. I will be using this and will continue to buy it if I have no ill effects. I do not believe this would happen since I consume green tea. I like that there are enough capsules for three months since I like to take one a day.

I think my body needs more time to adjust. Will update back in a month! I do feel more energy and didn't get an upset stomach or dizzy.

I take a berberine supplement already, however this appealed to me. I cook with a lot of turmeric already, but you can never have too much of a good thing. I don't drink as much green tea as I should, so having it in this supplement is the boost I need. I'm very pleased with this supplement.
