- pretty matte black, nice to the touch- timer which is super cool- toasts quite quickly- discreet crumb tray- fits sourdough 👍👍- just a little small for four pieces of bread upright, doesn’t quite cover a full slice when it’s sideways- first time or two smelled like burning plastic but they often do, haven’t had any problems since.- only a couple settings, can’t go in between toastiness levelslove it though she’s pretty

I bough the kettle and toaster - may be I have OCD - but there is no way I could have a kettle and toaster on the countertop that don't match !Toaster was bought to match - simple clean controls. I love that you can set the level you want things toasted to, and you get a countdown timer to completion, so you can be ready for whatever you are toasting to pop up. Even toasting. Perfect appliance.The kettle is excellent - stainless steel inside, so nasty taste of plastic (remember if you can taste the plastic it means the plastic molecules are in the water you are drinking!).The temperature display is way more useful than I thought it would be - shows the temperature of the water when you fill the kettle, can see it rising as it heats up - so you can judge how long you have until its ready, but if like me you are doing several things at once - boil the kettle for tea - don't use it immediately I always used to flick it back on to re-boil ... with the temperature display just a quick glance lets you know if that is necessary ... if the water is at 97 really don't need to waste energy on re-boiling for 3 degrees.Written my review for both products together for simplicity.Highly recommend both the kettle and toaster. Well made, sleek crisp design, with useful features like the temperature and timer countdown on the toaster.

As we home bake our current toaster could not take the size of slice without cutting them in half.This toaster not only looks great but it has the capacity required. It is taking time to get the toasting level right and the timer display is useful.The toasting timer display is a plus.One improvement would be a colour in the dimple on the dial which would make it easier to see. I have used a spot of nail varnish to highlight it.Yes, a useful kitchen addition.

Can adjust the dial without it just clicking and selecting on one number I love that! It seems well made, lightweight, no noise at all. I love also the timer ⏲️ never had one like this will update if doesn't last but it looks amazing 😍 good price for 40. MEGA fast delivery! I ordered it the night before and had it for breakfast the next day!!

the digital timer is something I didn't know I needed, doesnt drop the bread deep enough and leaves an untoasted strip along the top. it might be a flaw with long toasters in general but the middle of the toaster doesnt heat up as much as the edges. you get used to placement of the bread

I have had this toaster for a year and I hate it. Even if you put a standard slide sideways it doesn't toast the whole surface. Which means you then have to try and constantly spin the bread about to get even cooking.It also doesn't toaster consistently on each side, so one side will invariably be darker than another.There's no function to bring the toast up to check on it, which seems pretty standard for toasters - or so I thought.And 13 months after purchasing it, it started tripping the breaker in my flat - to the point where after a few days I can't even turn it on now without it tripping my breaker.A flat out failure, I cannot recommend this product at all.

Love the fact this toaster has a count down timer on it saves all that waiting and wondering when the toast will pop up, evenly and quickly toasted toast, looks good and feels solid

It is not only stylish and smart but it is great for toasting pittas etc.
