This is a good product, works well, and does exactly what I like. The flavors aren't bad, but they're not great either. Watermelon is probably the best overall, cotton candy leaves a bit of an after taste, but both tend to have some minor gastrointestinal side effects - heartburn, indigestion, minor post workout nausea (cotton candy), but overall, all of these are very very minor and haven't deterred me from using it. Fair warning to users who may be sensitive to niacin, skin flushing and a little itching is common for a short period of time. When I use this I feel energized and focused. Thankfully there's only 250mg of caffeine - any more and your teeth may chatter.

I have used 360 Cut for a few years now and noticed recently the color, taste and consistency of the Pre had changed. Broke out in full body hives within minutes of drinking. Some additive now added in the mix that cause an allergic reaction to me. Wrote company and they said they changed manufacturing companies but were very apologetic. Not sure the additive that is added in the mix now but can no longer take.

I've been using 360Pre for about a year and drink it about 45 minutes before I workout. I find that I have more endurance when rep'ing out. I'm able to push out an extra couple reps which I feel the next day. The muscle fatigue is delayed and therefore I'm able to put more stress on the muscles I'm trying to work. Taste is good and it's easy to mix with water. Just a note to ensure you drink a lot of water with it and while you workout.

This is a great product for those that don't like the affects of normal pre workout, i use ot maybe 20 min before my workout and it gives me natural energy and helps me push though my workouts, i workout about 3 hours a day, but don't take it after 7pm

I bought the cotton candy flavor and you can definitely tell its that. When it comes to mixing it, some powder sinks to the bottom so it requires shaking up your bottle before you drink it. Taste was bearable. No gitters or tummy aches but also no impact on my workout. It would definitely be a mediocre product for someone who has never experienced a pre-workout before. Just trying to get through the rest of this, won't be purchasing again.

I'm pretty blown away this is rated so high? Either these are fake reviews or received the product free or discounted for a high rating,but nonetheless as a SERIOUS lifter who's a dedicated bodybuilder... this stuff is junk. Seriously lacking in muscle building compounds, all the focus seems to be on the pump. I guess if you have no idea what you're doing but have a good pump you'd rate this high. But take my advice, I've tried just about everything... this is on the very low end. Absolutely hated my time on this, felt sluggish, it tastes awful, doesn't blend. This stuff is JUNK! I was not given this product for free or reduced price nor do I work for the company.I am a serious bodybuilder with 15+ years of experience and have tried nearly every pre workout.

Seriously? I'm in love with this product! The taste is not over sweet and yet absolutely delicious! I love that I don't get the jitters or shakes. It boosted my workouts and gave me that extra energy to the end!
